…and so on until the time cap, adding two reps of each movement each round.

Thrusters: An athlete must pass through the bottom of a front squat, holding the barbell in the front rack position with the hips going below parallel. The movement is complete when the barbell is directly above the athlete’s head, with the athlete fully locked out at the knees, hips, and elbows. The athlete must move from the bottom of the squat to a fully locked-out position in one fluid motion with no pauses (i.e., no squat-and-jerk). An athlete may perform a squat clean thruster when taking the barbell off the ground.

Lateral Over-the-Bar Burpees: At the bottom of the burpee, the athlete’s chest must touch the ground. At the top, the athlete must jump over the bar with a two-footed jump. Athletes may not step over the bar. There is no requirement to clap or open the hips during the jump.

Athletes may break up the movements however they choose.

Tiebreaker: None. Teams who tie will be randomly seeded as between them.
