Not just your average competition with three workouts and a final, we feature a seeding workout followed by a tournament-style bracket to determine who is Arlington’s fittest.
All teams will complete the first workout of the day and get ranked 1-16 to determine the seeding. Then, each team goes head-to-head in a traditional bracket-style tournament (1 vs 16, 2 vs 15, etc.). The final two teams remaining will compete head-to-head in a championship workout, while everyone who had been eliminated will also participate, for third place. Those who were knocked out earlier will get penalized for the final workout. There will be an optional bonus round for an extra prize, although the bonus round will have no effect on the tournament itself. Read on for more.
